La Chiapaneca is a cooperative that was born in 2019 in Barcelona with the aim of buying, distributing and selling the best Mexican coffee. It offers an ethical and sustainable product, 100% organic specialty coffee.

The coffee growers in Chiapas take care of the coffee plantations and don’t use chemical products in the washing, drying and roasting in order not to alter the conditions and quality of the delicious Mexican coffee.
