Why doesn't my product look the same as the photo?
All products sold in Valéxico are handmade by craftsmen and artists, so the materials and the elaboration process can change from one product to another. It’s what makes them unique.
How can I find out about new products, offers and special discounts?
When you subscribe to our Newsletter you will receive directly to your e-mail the news and special offers of the store. You can also follow us in our social media channels and be up to date with everything that happens in Valéxico.
What does it mean that a product is in reserve?
As we work with craftsmen and artists, the production process of a product can take a little longer than mass produced products (because they are handmade with love). In some cases, the products are almost finished and will be ready in a couple of days, so you can buy it but it will take a few more days to get there.
Shipping
Do you ship outside the European Union?
No. At the moment we only ship to the European Union (including Switzerland), but we hope to soon be able to reach every corner of the world. Also, we don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How long does it take for my product to be here?
We are a small team and we work with several suppliers, so we try to send your products as soon as we can. The shipping time for Spain is between 48 and 72 hours, for the rest of the European Union is between 3 and 5 business days.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Once you’ve finished your purchase and you’ve received your confirmation email, we will send you the email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number of your order. This email may take a little longer to arrive, but you will have it in less than 24 hours.
Do you ship over the weekends?
Not at the moment. All weekend purchases are shipped first thing on Monday.
The delivery date has passed and I haven't received my order.
This almost never happens, but since we are human and if it does happento you, just send an email to hola@valexicostore.com with your order and tracking number so we can investigate what happened.
What do I do if I get the wrong item?
First of all, we are sorry! In order to correct our mistake, please send an email to hola@valexicostore.com with your order number and the photo of the product that you received. In that email we will give you the steps to follow to make the exchange of products, at no extra cost to you.
Shopping
Can I place an order with products from different brands?
Yes! Note that some of the brands are not in the same city, so you may be charged two shipping costs.
Can I pay on delivery?
We don’t have cash on delivery. But you can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or by bank transfer.
How can I be sure that my purchase has been made correctly?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, check your SPAM mailbox or send us an email to hola@valexicostore.com
What happens if I don't receive my confirmation email?
Ther’s no need to panic, if the page processes your order correctly, you have nothing to worry about. But just to be sure check the SPAM folder or wait for the shipment confirmation email.
But rest assured that your order will arrive without a problem.
How can I use my discount code?
Once you’ve chosen all your products and added them to your cart, we will ask you (in a very nice box) if you have a discount code. If you have it, add it and you will automatically see the discount applied (it’s almost like magic). Remember that you can’t use more than one code per purchase.
What do I do if my discount code doesn't work?
Make sure you enter all the characters of the code correctly, but more importantly check the date the promotion ends (this is the most common mistake).
Can I cancel or remove a product from my order?
You can do this while your order is still in the shopping cart, once the payment has been processed no changes can be made.
Can I return a product I just bought?
Although we do not love the idea that you want to return your purchase, we want you to be happy and here we explain how you can make the return.
