For any craftsman, in addition to the materials of their products, creativity is essential in each of their designs. Having started to work with leather at an early age, Raúl has managed to have an extensive collection of leather accessories, backpacks and fanny packs in the heart of Valencia.

Raul began out of curiosity to make different leather products in his native Ecuador, giving them as gifts to his family and friends. The more he experimented with shapes, colors and sizes for his products, the more people were interested in his work; so much so that he received special requests that led him to consider selling them in shops, fairs and even in street markets in different cities around the world.

After 15 years of creating and innovating with his products, thanks to different circumstances of life (which some may call coincidences) Raúl arrives in Europe where his designs are received as a breath of fresh air. It is here that he begins to go to fairs in Madrid, Ibiza and Italy (just to name a few) to make himself known;

in addition to getting his products to more people by wholesale to different local shops specialized in handmade products. The good acceptance of their products is what gave origin to Galeria Kupka, his bohemian and eclectic store located on Calle Derechos in the heart of Valencia.

Over the years, he realized the wide variety of artisans and designers in the city, which led him to expand his store and host artists from different parts of the world. During the last three years, more than 40 designers have passed through the doors of Galería Kupka and every day more and more people are interested in taking part in this special project.
