You wake up in the morning and how do you start your day? If you’re like the rest of the world, probably with a cup of coffee. For many, the first coffee in the morning is a ritual to start the day and it all begins with choosing the best coffee. Whether you have an Italian coffee maker or a French press, La Chiapaneca’s ground coffee is the only one you’ll need at any time of the day.
This ground coffee comes from Chiapas, a state in southeastern Mexico known for being one of the states that harvests the most Arabica coffee in this country. The best ground coffee from Chiapas has exotic fruit, chocolate and roasted nuts. The harvest is done from September to January and is collected by hand: the 300 producers move from their homes to their parcels every day to take good care and manage the coffee plantations.
To contribute as a cooperative in the care of Arabica coffee from beginning to end, the natural ground coffee is roasted in Catalonia (Barcelona) in a natural way (without sugar); the quality of the coffee is preserved thanks to the packaging that has a valve making the coffee remain fresh as if it were just roasted.
The ground coffee for espresso machine of La Chiapaneca is of medium roast which makes it have an intense flavor without losing the fruit, chocolate and roasted nuts flavors … which makes it the best ground coffee in the Peninsula. When preparing the ground coffee in a home espresso machine, in an Italian mocha machine or in the Aeropress coffee machine, you will feel the power of its fragrance and its intense aroma once prepared.
