Is there something wrong with your order?

You found it, it’s just what you were looking for. You already have original handmade gifts for those special holoidays and people. You look forward to getting. After 72 hours, your order has arrived, but something’s not right. Are you returning it?

Before you make your final decision, I want to remind you that all products sold in Valéxico are handmade by artisans, artists and designers, so there may be some differences between the photo you saw on the web and the product you received. These differences make each product even more special; let’s say that it is the seal that identifies that it has been handmade.

But I know there can be other reasons for you to want to return the product, like:

  • You were sent a product that you didn’t buy
  • It’s not the size you needed or wanted
  • The product has defects that go beyond the normal details of handmade products … i.e. it is defective
  • And the occasional reason that might escape me

If you still want to return it, you have 30 calendar days from the day you receive it to request a refund or exercise your right of withdrawal.

I won’t deny that receiving your return request will break our hearts a little bit, this is what you have to do:

  • In order for the return to be effective, the product must be in perfect condition; that is to say, it must not have been used or manipulated in any way (I know you won’t do anything like that)
  • Send an email to hola@valexicostore.com with your order number, the product to be returned, reason for return and a photograph of the product in question
  • Once I receive the mail, I will give you an answer in 3 to 5 working days where I will tell you if the return is appropriate. I know it takes time but I must talk to the artisans to arrange the return
  • Once the return has been accepted, I will send you an e-mail with the next steps.
  • It is important that I tell you that if the return is made by a defect or tare of the product, shipping costs are paid by us, however, if the return is made for some other reason, it will be you who must bear the costs.
  • Once we receive the product, we will pay you the total amount you paid (including shipping costs). If you bought the product with discount or on sale we will make the credit of what you paid, although the price of sale to the public is different at the moment of realizing the return.

This page exists so that you can rest assured that, if necessary, you can return your purchase.
